I'm currently watching Golden Kamuy, and it's so good, I'm enjoying it a lot.

Historical setting, plot twists, the comedy, it's all just perfect. If you enjoyed Vinland Saga, there's a good chance you'll enjoy this too, though Golden Kamuy has more comedic moments to it.
