Now i am facing this issue for a week now.
It's very difficult to see animes soo much buffering aur fir bohot sare galiya dedeta hu site ko 😏.
I always watch anime in Full HD (1080p), and so i know the fact the server is serving so many people for free so it's difficult to maintain it.
Downloading is no other option for me because the site didn't even work on 1DM and the download button on player is just another junk.

So i manage to solve this problem by simpling using VPN connecting to USA and then i can watch anime without buffering even on VPN, so the my network is very strong but server is having problem.
