Can anyone help me with that? How can I export this website's MAL and add it to the one in my MAL account?

The XML format here is not supported on the MAL import, It is a pain In the azz to do the F@@king adding again manually and a lot of time waste as I have 300+ anime in here!

Does anyone know how to do that? Help me with that. Please
