I am curious to know cuz the most times I have personally watched a single anime is 17 times, and that's "Horimiya" and "Weathering with you". (don't ask me why, I just love them both so much, I think it's because he were the first romance Anime s I watched knowing that I was watching and not some random animes that I assumed to be cartoon like Doraemon, Pokemon and Dragon Ball)
