Nain is the assistant scientist of Dr. Collie working on the program of Bio-Warriors for Lord Jaguar. She makes her debut and only appearance in the movie, Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly.

She works in a laboratory on a remote island, in Mei Queen Castle, along with many other scientists. When Trunks manages to correctly describe one of the functions of the equipment within the Bio-Warrior laboratory, she compliments him on his knowledge. After Goten and Trunks assume that Bio-Broly is defeated, a Culture Fluid fills the laboratory and claims the lives of many scientists. However, Nain is rescued by Krillin.
