Vander Decken IX (バンダーデッケン九世 Bandā Dekken Kyūsei) is the current captain of the Flying Pirates on their ship, the Flying Dutchman, and the ninth descendant of the Vander Decken of legend. He is a Japanese bullhead shark fishman.
